The Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to keep our quick commerce operation running at full speed. You will be the operational backbone of our Ambient category - making sure the right products are in the right places at the right time. 

This isn't traditional retail. You’ll be operating at the intersection of high-end curation and hyper-growth logistics, ensuring our "virtual shelves" are always stocked with the right products, delivered in minutes.

Here’s What You’d Be Doing

• Purchase Order Processing: Monitor stock levels across Fulfillment Centres and place purchase orders to maintain optimal inventory availability.

• Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, managing and triaging communications, assigning enquiries to the appropriate team members, coordinating deliveries, addressing supply disruptions, and ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards.

• Supplier Performance Reporting: Track and report on supplier service levels on a day-to-day basis to ensure high levels of supplier fulfillment.

• Demand Forecasting & Data Analysis: Using data analysis tools, identify sales trends to review automated PO recommendations, to minimise stockouts and excess inventory.

• Distribution Centre Coordination: Liaise with our Distribution Centre to investigate delivery errors, inventory discrepancies, and ensure accurate stock records while supporting daily operations and resolving supply chain issues in real-time.

• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify repetitive or manual tasks within the Supply Chain and suggest simple solutions that will save time and reduce errors across the team.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working with data, using tools like Excel / Google Sheets and business intelligence platforms (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Looker) to identify trends and make data-informed decisions.

• Detail-oriented, approaching work with precision and an understanding that even small details can be business-critical.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally to coordinate seamlessly across the Supply Chain, Commercial and Operations functions.

• Proactively identifies opportunities to improve workflows and drives change by suggesting and implementing new processes.
