Step 01 · Entry

Fulfilment Centre Associate

Fulfilment Centre Associates form the backbone of Zapp's operations. You'll pick, pack and hand over customer orders with speed, accuracy and care - while keeping your FC clean, safe and running like clockwork.

What you'll do

  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed, accuracy and care.
  • Secure packed orders before handover to our delivery riders.
  • Keep the FC clean, tidy and safe at all times.
  • Maintain stock accuracy with thorough, regular stock checks.
  • Check availability and expiry dates when picking and receiving.
  • Add deliveries to stock and scan them onto the system correctly.
  • Investigate discrepancies and use your initiative to resolve them.
  • Pitch in with ad-hoc tasks whenever the team needs you.

What we look for

  • Comfortable communicating clearly in English.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Punctual, reliable and flexible with time.
  • Proactive when problems need solving quickly.
  • Thrives at pace and stays calm under pressure.

Nice to have (but not required): retail experience, comfort with a barcode scanner.

Step 02 · Mid

Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisors are responsible for the overall performance of an FC during their shift. You'll lead the team, hit service levels, manage inventory, and keep the site sharp - wherever your shift falls in the 24/7 cycle.

What you'll do

  • Oversee FC operations during your shift, including leading and motivating the team.
  • Ensure every order meets our quality bar and SLAs are hit.
  • Manage inventory processes - receiving, organisation and stock counts.
  • Hand over to the incoming Supervisor or Manager with a clear shift report.
  • Address staffing gaps and attendance matters as they arise.
  • Prioritise health & safety compliance across the floor.
  • Monitor shift performance and escalate issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with the Store Operations Manager on performance improvements.

What we look for

  • Prior experience managing frontline operations teams under performance pressure.
  • Background in food, retail, hospitality, warehouse, or similar operational environments.
  • Strong leadership - you inspire and develop your team.
  • Confident leading shifts independently.
  • Solid problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Available for morning, daytime and night shifts.

Step 03 · Senior

Fulfilment Centre Manager

FC Managers lead daily operations at a London FC. You'll own team performance, inventory, compliance and the centre's P&L - and develop the Supervisors and Associates underneath you to keep raising the bar.

What you'll do

  • Manage daily FC operations and hit performance metrics.
  • Lead and develop the front-line team - Supervisors and Associates.
  • Maintain security protocols for inventory and company assets.
  • Uphold food safety and health & safety standards across the site.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and the condition of the FC.
  • Ensure licensing objectives and regulatory compliance are met.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on performance strategy.

What we look for

  • Proven experience managing 24/7 operations in logistics, e-commerce or retail.
  • Demonstrated capability leading teams of 15+ people.
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Flexible for varied shifts, including weekends.
